Licensed Massage Therapist & Somatic Guide
Helping you return to your body, gently and honestly.
I wasn't always connected to my body.
I grew up in New York, and my path into this work began with pain: recurring low back injuries and a low-grade anxiety that left me out of sync with myself. Chiropractic care, mindful movement, yoga, and meditation slowly taught me to hear what my body already knew.
That return became the foundation for everything I offer now, and it keeps deepening as I keep doing my own work.
In 2014, I completed a 1,000-hour massage therapy program in Syracuse, NY, and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. I've practiced in Austin since 2022, building a practice rooted in trust and attentive care.
Over the years I've kept studying bodywork, movement, and nervous system healing, blending deep tissue, myofascial release, orthopedic and Swedish technique with trauma-informed care and breath-centered presence.
My approach is both clinical and intuitive. I pay attention to postural imbalance, chronic pain, stress, and tension. But just as important, I hold space for your nervous system to downshift, soften, and begin to repair itself.
Because when the body feels safe, it begins to heal.
my philosophy
Touch, as relationship.
Massage, to me, isn't just physical. It's relational: attunement, trust, being deeply received. Safe, intentional touch offers more than relief from tension. It creates a space where your body can recalibrate, your mind can rest, and your whole system remembers it no longer needs to stay in survival mode.
Whether you're seeking physical relief or simply a space to breathe and reconnect, I'm here to support your return.
a few things worth knowing
Questions, answered plainly
It depends on what you're working with. For general wellness, once a month is a good rhythm. If you're managing chronic pain or a lot of stress, biweekly or weekly sessions tend to help more. We can figure out a schedule that fits your body and your life together.
Less physical tension and pain, better mobility, and a nervous system that isn't running on high alert. Most people notice both: the body loosens, and the mind settles. Over time, regular sessions support circulation, immune function, and recovery too.
Deep tissue work goes into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue with slower, more focused pressure, aimed at chronic tension and stubborn knots. Sports massage is built around athletic performance: preparing the body before activity, aiding recovery after, and addressing the specific muscle groups you're relying on. Both are working toward the same thing: less tension, more ease.
Drink water. Move gently if you can: a short walk or light stretching keeps things from tightening back up. Give yourself permission to rest and sleep well that night. And take a few minutes to notice how your body feels, that awareness is part of the work too.
